Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3273) on the following at

    "An Act relating to public offering statements required under the                               
    Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act; and providing for an

amendment to CSHB 470(L&C)(title am), thus adopting SCS                                             
CSHB 470(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes.
